1. How to Reserve a Court at Vietpadel? Please follow these instructions to book a court:

   • Navigate to the booking section of our website HERE and select 'Book a Court'.

2. Becoming a Member of Vietpadel Club We offer a variety of membership options. To become a member:

   • Click the "LOG IN" button at the top of our website HERE
   • Select "Credit & Membership" after logging in HERE
   • Choose your desired membership or credit package.
   • Select a payment method: BY CASH or ONLINE PAYMENT.
   • Complete the payment process. Note: Online payments are processed immediately, while cash payments must be completed during our business hours at the counter.
   • Your membership will be activated immediately following a successful payment. Welcome to Vietpadel! Please update your profile on our website and start enjoying padel sports with us.

3. Guest Court Bookings (Non-members) To book a court as a guest:

   • If you do not have an account, click "SIGN UP" HERE
   • Select a credit package HERE
   • After topping up your account, go to the "Book Court" section via the menu.
   • Choose to book a full court or join an existing game. You can also create a match and invite other Vietpadel community players, or leave the game open for others to join.
   • Await confirmation of your booking.

4. Advance Booking You can reserve a court online up to 6 days in advance.

5. Payment Policy Please note that all fees must be paid prior to play.

6. Cancellation Policy

   Please be aware that booking fees are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. To avoid forfeiting your fee, ensure that you cancel your booking before this deadline. If cancellation is not possible within this time frame, you are responsible for arranging your own replacement.

7. Booking for Others Yes, you can book online on behalf of up to three other players. Ensure you have sufficient credits to cover the bookings.

8. Cancellation of Booking Bookings may be canceled if another group secures the court first. To avoid this, use the "invite" button or promote your game among friends quickly using the court and invite codes.

9. Premium Membership and Credits As a premium member, you are allowed to book slots for yourself. If you wish to book additional slots, credits will be required.

10. Weather-Related Cancellations For outdoor courts:

• If rain lasts more than half an hour, the hour of play will be refunded.
• For rain lasting less than half an hour, there will be no refund.

For covered courts:

• If flooding lasts more than half an hour, the hour of play will be refunded.
• For flooding lasting less than half an hour, there will be no refund.

If you choose to continue playing regardless of weather conditions, regular court fees will apply.
