Welcome to Our Online Booking System!

We're excited to guide you through our online booking system. It’s simple, efficient, and designed to get you on the court as quickly as possible.

Getting Started:

Before you can start booking, you'll need to create an account. It only takes about 2 minutes and gives you access to a range of features, including finding players, creating games, chatting with the Padel community, tracking your performance, and improving your level and ratings.

Your Account Dashboard:

Once you're logged in, check out "My Account" to view your match history, booking activities, membership status, and credit balance.

Booking Options:

Before you book a court, ensure you have enough credits or an active full pass membership. If you need to top-up credits or subscribe to a membership, you can do that here.

Booking Options Based on Your Membership:

Option 1: Credit Member

Book a Court: Use your credits to book a full court in the Book Court section.
Join a Game: Find a game with other players in the Find a Game section. Your credit will be used for your slot only.
Create a Game: Set up your own game in the Create a Game section. Choose the level, number of slots for yourself and friends, and decide if it’s private or open to the community. Use your credits to book one or more slots.

Option 2: Full Pass Member (Gold & Premium members)

Book a Court: As a full pass member, you can book a full court in the Book Court section, but you’ll need to top-up credits for the other three slots (your membership covers only your slot).
Join a Game: Join a game in the Find a Game section without needing extra credits.
Create a Game: Create your own game in the Create a Game section. Your membership covers your slot; if you want to book additional slots for friends, you’ll need to top-up credits.

Option 3: Full Pass Member with Credits

Book a Court: Book a full court in the Book Court section. Your membership covers your slot, and your credits can be used for the other three slots.
Join a Game: Join the Find a Game section without using your credits.
Create a Game: Create your own game in the Create a Game section. Use your membership for your slot and your credits for any additional slots you wish to book.
