Week 1: Introduction to Padel

- Rules & Scoring: Understand the basic rules of the game and how scoring works.
- Forehand & Backhand (The Grip): Learn the basic techniques for forehand and backhand grips.
- Basic Serve Technique: Introduction to serving and tips on how to play and win points.
Week 2: Enhancing Control and Serve
- Short Backswing: Focus on forehand and backhand with a short backswing for better control.
- Introduction to Back Glass: Learn how to play shots off the back glass.
- Serve Technique - Direction Control: Improve your serve by controlling the direction effectively.
Week 3: Advanced Groundstrokes and Volleys
- Groundstroke Revision: Review and progress in forehand and backhand strokes focusing on the contact point to control the ball.
- Back Glass Revision: Reinforce your skills in playing off the back glass.
- Volley Techniques: Learn the correct grip for volleys and maintain a tight grip for better control.
Week 4: Dynamic Play and Footwork
- Groundstroke - Finishing Moves: Enhance forehand and backhand finishing techniques.
- Dynamic Shot Making: Practice hitting shots while moving, including running forehands.
- Lateral Back Glass Play: Work on moving side to side while playing off the back glass.
- Serve & Volley Footwork: Develop footwork techniques for effective serve and volley play.
Week 5: Precision and Net Play
- Impact Sound Awareness: Focus on the sound of impact to improve timing and impact precision in forehand and backhand.
- Back Glass Movement: Master moving up and down the court while playing off the back glass.
- Transition to the Net: Learn the essentials of moving to the net and executing volleys.
Week 6: Integration and Game Play
- Revision of All Basic Strokes: Integrate all basic strokes with movement to prepare for real game scenarios.
- Rally Baseline Progression: Enhance your ability to maintain baseline rallies.
- Introduction to Point Play: Start playing points to apply what you've learned.
