- Point Play at the Net (No Bounce Allowed): Practice direct net plays in scenarios where the ball does not bounce, enhancing quick reflexes and net control.
Week 3: Advanced Defense and Smash Techniques
- Double Glass to Smash Defense Transition: Learn to defend against smashes after a double glass rebound.
- Short Middle Backglass to Smash Defense Transition: Adapt to defending smashes from a short middle backglass position.

Week 4: Integrating Serve, Volley, and Smash

Week 5: Volley Mastery and Tactical Drops
- Volley vs. Groundstrokes Rallies: Engage in rallies that test your ability to handle volleys against groundstrokes.
- Volley vs. Volley Rallies: Improve your volley-on-volley engagements to dominate at the net.
- Transition from Drop Shot to Lob: Execute strategic drop shots followed by lobs to confuse opponents and gain tactical upper hands.
Week 6: Technique Refinement and Game Control
- Bajada Technique Revision: Revisit and refine your Bajada skills, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Side to Side Low Volley: Enhance your agility and precision with low volleys moving side to side.
